Ideas of the poor and in-famous...
(Not the rich and famous...)

Hello there! Eleven days has passed, since my last post. Yes, I know that you can count; I just wanted to make a dramatic entrance… Don’t sue me. What have I been busy with, for the past week? Well! First of all, the date for my flight back to Perth. There has not been any cancellation for the earlier flights, so which means I’ll be going back on the 31st. That equates to ten more days in Singapore. Goodbye good local fatty food! You will and will not be missed. :-) Which brings me to the next topic; my nana. I love the woman. I’m looking forward to spending more time with her from today until I leave for Perth.

I’ve been trying to level up my character in this game, World of Warcraft. Ever since A introduced me to it, I’ve been trying my best to try and understand how to play it well. Guess I’ll never be a pro gamer. Heh!

Music importing woes, yikes! Recently found my old collection of audio CDs from when I was in my teens and in a dilemma as to which way is best to import them. Use Windows Media Player, or iTunes? D has been frequently trumpeting how great Macs are, along with their sub-products. I’m planning on getting an iPod nano, and that’s about it. Thing is, I’d still want to be able to use my small mp3 player, that uses WMA files instead of mp4a files. Oh, the choices! :-(

I’m thinking of doing a major update on my food page. It’s been ages since I last updated it, since I’ve been busy with real life. I need better time management. Gotta get going to the cheap places that serve good food in Perth soon! I’ve also recently had a culinary epiphany. Watching the Asian food channel has given me a couple of ideas on what to cook when I get back to Perth. I’m looking forward to trying them out! :-)

Being invited to my first wedding function in Perth, I can’t help but be nervous. (I’ve nothing to wear but jeans and blouses! Eeek!) I’ve never been to one, but I’m sure it’ll be good fun. I don’t know how different is it going to be as compared to the Singaporean weddings I’ve been to, but I’ll be going with an open mind, empty stomach and full of gratitude for being invited to such an auspicious event.

I’ve just finished packing a box of necessities to be shipped to Perth and am now staring at my closet. It is full of clothes, some from when I was a young geek (some of which were God awful purchases, thanks to a certain someone’s [who shall remain nameless] taste), some which I brought back from Perth (some clothes, I’m leaving behind permanently to save shipping costs.). I’m truly hoping that I’m not forced to over-pack. *shudder* I wonder if there will be enough space to pack what I need, want and not go over the thirty kilo limit set by SIA. Geez. Ah well, we shall see how it goes when I start packing near the end of the week. I’m sure there will be war. *sighs*

So! :-) That’s all for now folks and until the next time; I leave you with a question; which saying is truer for you,

“’Tis better to have not loved and be emotionally safe, than to have loved, and lost.”
Or,
“’Tis better to have loved and lost, than to have never loved at all.”

Which is true for YOU?

you can adjust the i Tunes to upload your music in more than 1 format. It's doesn't necessarily have to be MPeg4. You can change the setting to upload in MP3.
