Just did a quick analysis between Tiger Airways and SIA with regards to my proposed upcoming trip for my convocation in Perth. I would save S$138.00 if I travelled with Tiger airways. I wonder why are Airport taxes so high?? Can anyone please enlighten me? I hope to find an air carrier that would be able to provide a return flight for less than S$750.00 and still ensure I arrive in one piece back home. :)

Tiger Airways is budget n u only save $138 for such a long journey. I will go w SIA anytime sia...
