Rage of the penises

I have heard that males thinks with their balls and that their penis is like their phallic weapon of choice, akin to a sword. If the sword has been cut, that would mean the death of the mojo of the unfortunate man. Just read an article on Yahoo which left me pondering, how much testosterone does this dude have to cut off a man's penis?? Wacky! :/
