"What happened to you?" they say...

After the incident, when I went to the library on Saturday, 31 March, to get stuff done, my friends said: “What happened to you?” I just shrugged and said I got into a jousting match. Heh. Whoever coined the phrase: “It looks worse than it really is,” is a liar. It felt like hell. Luckily I managed to acquire extensions and I’m so back logged on work, it’s not funny… :-(

During the Easter break, I spent time with D, who made sure I was alright whilst I made sure he stayed awake to study for his exam which was on Thursday on the 5 April. Fair trade, I think. Ended up having a lovely drinks and dinner that night too, catching up with friends. On Friday, spent the day at his folks, Saturday, went shopping, and spent the whole day lazing about on Sunday arvo. Helped out at the restaurant on Sunday night, which was cool. Too bad we missed out on wine tasting!

Monday night, had dinner with my housemate, and was cool, hanging out and having a bite together. Tuesday, had to get to work, Wednesday, more work. Today, I’m feeling so blah about doing work, I’m so over it, but I have to do my best. Though I’m feeling lost, I’ll have to get it over and done with for this leg of the race. Gah!
