Saturday Blues

All in well in the mind of Reong, until she met a beast. A beast in the library, known as the HP scanner of doom. Yes, folks, you read it right, the HP scanner, *drumroll* of DOOM.

Mild mannered student, Reong, begins her typical day with waking up in her friend's room (not always mind you), and then cycling off towards home, where she does whatever a human being needs to do to start the day. (Details, anyone?)

Riding on her mighty steed, her bicycle, she heads to The Library. Not knowing what is in store for her, she begins to explore the functionality of this new strange machine. She needs to replicate copies of a Reserve Book for her Quest for Honours. The keepers of the Library call it, The HP Scanner. *scary woo-ing noises in background*

Reong begins to tediously scan the pages in batches. There were numerous amounts of information to be replicated and so little time. After saving all of her work in her vial, called the USB Thumbdrive, she begins to view her work. Time is running out, for she must return to the Cave of Boredom very soon (means going to work).

Alas! There was something wrong with the way the documents were saved! Instead of having multiple pages, only the first page was saved, for each batch! The horror, the shock, and the dismay! All of her hard work was in ruins! She goes back to the Cave of Boredom, upset, angry, frustrated and hungry. The HP Scanner of DOOM, strikes down another student!! (Song: Another one bites the dust... Ha!)

But the day was not all lost. Reong found solace in a packet lunch and company with P., along with a chicken pie, and a cantonese egg tart. She goes about her day in the Cave of Boredom, until the times comes for her to leave it. To go off into the sunset and seek her fortunes elsewhere, with regards to dinner.
